Boxing Day
It's tradition to go for a walk on Boxing Day. Can feel like hard work to begin with, but always a good idea in the end. Sometimes you have to run just so you can feel your toes.

My very own yule log
Sunday, 19 December 2010
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
Every now and then I just like to sing this line out loud.
I don't know the rest of the song, but in any case, that bit pretty much sums things up at freckleface HQ.
My boyfriend was worried I was going a bit over the top with the decorations but actually I don't think there is enough, so I am forced out into the cold on foraging trips for more tinsel and emergency baubles.
Favourite Christmas cards so far, from my friends at Eloise R and Pango Productions.
I don't know the rest of the song, but in any case, that bit pretty much sums things up at freckleface HQ.
I still have to make my yule log!

Doors
All of these doors were spotted in Shaftesbury in Dorset. A really pretty town with lots of lovely buildings and quite an arty feel to it.

New scarf
Here's one of the lovely presents I got for my recent birthday. A Donna Wilson scarf.
Me and foxy are a team now, rarely parted.
It came beautifully wrapped with a free cotton bag. And look who was on the accompanying card. THE KING!!!!!
Top birthday package I reckon :)
One particularly naughty friend who happens to be a couple of years younger than me and likes to make sure I remember that fact, sent me this card. Inside she put, "I saw this and thought of you".
Ho Ho Ho!
If I ever get to be that age, I sure hope I will be like her.
