When I was a kid, I spent hours totally absorbed in drawing. Nowadays I don't seem to do it so much, although once I get started I can cover sheets in no time. I used to want to perfect how I drew, but now I just draw for ideas and don't so much worry how it looks. I think that suits me better.
Mostly they end up for cards as that is my day job, but I also like to make things. Can you match the drawings to the finished article?

I like your idea drawing. It's often those spontaneous drawings when you're not thinking to much that comes out best, don't you think? But it's hard do not think. Like Picasso said: It took me four years to paint like Raphael, but a lifetime to paint like a child. I will continue train ;)
Thank you for linking!
I agree Elisabeth! It's a funny thing, but when you are not so much worried about technique, somehow more character comes through. It feels like all those years of learning about mark making and perspective and so on were a bit of a distraction.
You are most welcome! :)
